Skaters CODE OF CONDUCT

Ice skating can be hazardous.
All skaters are reminded that they skate at their own risk.

To ensure an enjoyable and safe environment please ensure you follow the 'Rules of skating' and read the following.

Please listen to all instructions from our staff.

No entry onto the rink without skates.

We recommend wearing gloves whilst skating.

Shorts, skirts or short sleeved shirts are not recommended but are permitted.

No bags, phones or cameras on the rink.

No MP3 players or other headsets.

Do not eat or drink on the rink.

Do not play tag or any other games on the rink.

Do not skate in chains (three holding hands is allowed).

No carrying of others including children and infants.

No anti-social behaviour
This includes shouting, swearing, spitting, fighting, vandalism, petting, bullying and boisterousness.

No loitering on the rink - please keep moving.

Please skate in an anti-clockwise direction only (unless instructed otherwise by our staff).

Customers are asked not to consume their own food and drink on the premises.

Please ensure that you have read and understand the skater's code of conduct and this is explained to your friends and family if they are attending.

Skating is entirely at your own risk. The management will not be responsible for any loss or injury incurred.

CCTV is in operation for the safety of our guests and staff. If needed this will be used in prosecution!

Skaters and spectators understand and agree to the following:

The Staff decision on access is final.

Access is entirely at staff/management discretion.

Skaters asked to leave or removed from the Rink area will not be refunded for their session fee if breaking this code of conduct.

If you follow these rules we are sure everyone will have a safe and enjoyable session.

We are sorry that there will be no refunds; if you are unhappy with your skating experience please speak to the Duty Manager.
